Dear Ms. Siu Yin Yip,

We are pleased to inform you that your nation has qualified for involvement in the 2005/06 Equipment Support Program. The participating companies have been contacted and they will be delivering the equipment to you as soon as possible.

Listed below are the supplying companies and the equipment they will be sending to you.

Included are the Equipment Donation Letters, for all the equipment. These letters are intended to help you to import the goods into our country.

Also included is the Receipt Confirmation Letter that must be returned to us when the equipment has been delivered

These goods are a donation to the Hong Kong Ice Hockey Association for the sole purpose of goodwill to help when participating in ice hockey.

The equipment has no commercial value.

We hope that this support shall benefit the development of ice hockey in your country.
